Making fresh pasta~
I love making pasta!
Unfortunately, I haven't could make the pasta since I back to Seoul.
There r some reason.
First of all, the semolina (durum) is too expensive and not easy to find it.
(1kg is around 10euro! It's crazy price! )
Second, unfortunately I still live with my family, so I'm not cooking as much as I lived alone.
Making pasta is my favorite cooking!
I really want open the pasta shop even! :)
Maybe it better to buy pasta compare the price, but the importance is can make my own pasta!
It is very easy!

Seoul Jazz Nanjang Festival 2009
2 weeks ago, I've been the 1st Seoul Jazz Festival which was opened in Gwanakgu.

It was queite good for me and it was free entrance that is importance!hh
It wasn't various Jazz, cuz maybe it was the first.

I hope that next time they should invite more jazz musician.
Of course, I enjoyed the festival...

Osteria 'Caffe' Italiano'
In Firenze....
Osteria 'caffe' Italiano' is one of traditional restaurant which has famous pizzeria.
Enzo is famous pizza master who is from Napoli.
He's funny guy I ever seen. He could be ur friend as well especially women.
He made only 3 kinds of Pizzas that is Simple and Delicious!
Every Italian makes the caffe', and they have their own recipe for the caffe'.
Whenever if you can visit in Firenze, enjoy his pizzas!

The 1st Seoul Jazz nanjang 2009
We will have a Jazz festival for the citizens and jazz mania in Seoul in Kwanak gu Science exposition and Nakseoungdae park.
The festival will be held in Oct.9(Fri)to10(Sat),2009.
We're sure that it will be unforgettable event for everyone.
In this festival,the following international famous jazz musician will perform for this event.
The Korean musicians are Jaedeok Jeon ,Ung san, Malo,and wonderful play jazz band.
The Foreign musicians are kenjiomet quartetti,
Ronn Branton,Grave kelly, and James Moody.
